The Development Corporation of Tarrant County is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit company dedicated to providing safe, decent, affordable housing to the working families of Tarrant County.  DCTC is involved and has completed the following developments/homes:

Facilitated the acquisition and sale of 2 houses in Forrest Hill.                

Acquired 10 lots from the City of Mansfield and developed 3 geothermal houses.

Provided loans to the Tarrant County Housing Partnership for rehab of 5 houses.         

Provided loans to SNAP for the purchase of 2 houses in Colleyville.                       

Assisted in two tax credit applications and the development of Alsbury Villas a 150 unit Community in Burleson.                       

Acquired 9 foreclosures throughout the County and sold them to families.

Have completed the construction of four new homes in west Mansfield featuring energy conserving construction techniques to ensure long term low energy cost for families.
